Can the Inventory management module handle any type of spare parts and the unique item number system? I am thinking of spare parts for cars.

How do you (plan to) use LedgerSMB?

Just to track some small sales and inventory

Can I install this on a Synology NAS or cloud to access it remotely?

Hi,

Yes! You can! I've done it myself as I had the same question.

The best way to do it is by running the Docker containers on the NAS. It takes a bit to start the containers initially, but after that, the system performs quite well, if I may say so.

My company is based in Hong Kong SAR. During setup, there was no option, so I chose the UK with GBP as the default currency. Is there a way to change this, or would it be better to set China as the default, which is an option? I did not select it in case it would default to Chinese characters.
