This release updates the version number to 1.4.13.1 since 1.4.13 identified itself wrongly as 1.4.12.
The 1.4.13 release (and hence the 1.4.13.1 release) includes a number of important improvements including adding back GIFI income statements, a few issues with adding/editing accounts, and a few other issues.
